This tiny home is 12'x20' with a loft. You won't believe the comforts and convenience that fits into this space! You will have a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven, electric double hot plate, as well as dishes and cookware. There is a table with chairs.

The ladder to the sleeping loft can conveniently be tucked out of the way by the wall or pulled out for easy access to the loft. There is a comfy queen sized floor mattress in the loft.

WiFi is available as well as a smart TV with Netflix and Roku.

On the back of the house is an enclosed shed for a safe dry place to store your bike or skis. Secure with your own lock!

This is the perfect home base for outdoor adventuring near Hatcher Pass! It's just five minutes to Skeetawk (downhill ski area); five minutes to Government Peak Recreational Area (Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, fat tire biking, skijoring and sledding in the winter; hiking and biking in the summer); ten minutes to Gold Mint Trailhead ... and yet you're still only 15 minutes to downtown Palmer or 20 minutes to Wasilla.

This tiny home is in a circle of six tiny houses. A fire pit is available for any guests to enjoy with fire wood available to buy on site.
